A range of extra-curricular activities are available to students including sports, music, clubs and camps.
Many annual events are offered, including our Eisteddfod of the Air, Opti-minds (a competition requiring children to respond to a set question with a dramatic performance), Rock Pop Mime (a local school music and dance celebration involving schools within the region), on-air Christmas concert, sports for bush kids (held in the final week of school and run by the Mount Isa Isolated Children Parents Association Branch of the Air), end of year graduation, Christmas activity day and Christmas family bbq.
